Find Your Truth Sessions can be beneficial wherever you are in the childbearing year: whether you are planning a pregnancy, trying to conceive, preparing to give birth, needing to process a prior birth experience, or adjusting to postpartum life. With more than a decade as a doula, a degree in education, and experience in Therapeutic Touch, kundalini yoga, birth trauma, and supporting at-risk families, my goal is to use my experiences to help you find your voice, and your own best path forward. My intention is always to facilitate the creation of safe space, so that you can tap into your own wisdom, courage, and healing ability. I don't choose which path you should follow. I DO 'hold a light' if you will, so that the various paths become more visible and you can work to make an informed choice that is right for you. I do all this with deep compassion, gentleness, and respect.
Each session (both full, and half) concludes with yoga nidra meditation as it is an ideal way to gently integrate what you have learned and to tap into your own intuition.
